The NES Health Autism UK Outcome Study
Autism is a developmental disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to people around them. Asperger syndrome is a form of autism. People with Asperger syndrome may find difficulty in social relationships and in communicating. According to the National Autistic Society, around 2.3 million people are affected by autism in the UK. This includes family members and professionals involved in the care and support of people with autism.
There are many approaches and interventions that are applied to support children and adults with Autistic spectrum disorders, including many different complementary and alternative therapies. After receiving many anecdotal reports and case studies from NES practitioners who have successfully helped those with these conditions move forward on their healing journey, we have decided to collect data on the efficacy of NES for this subject group.
